Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups

Yummilicious Recipe!! Even my pickiest eaters (and believe me they are picky) ate it and asked for seconds!! :)



Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups

12 lasagna noodles
2 jars Alfredo Sauce (home made if you prefer but I'm all about quick n easy)
1 Rotisserie Chicken-shredded (you could go for the cooking, seasoning, etc. but yeah I took the sam's club route)
1 lb shredded Mozzarella Cheese
16 oz tub of Ricotta Cheese
Spices:
Oregano
Garlic powder
Sage
Any other Italian seasoning you like
Pepper
Salt

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
9x13 greased pan

Boil noodles till al dente, you do not want them overcooked, want them still strong enough to handle being topped and rolled. Drain and run cold water over them.

First spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the pan, just enough to cover bottom.

Grab a noodle and get ready for the fun!



 1. Spread some Alfredo on the noodle:



2. Spread some ricotta cheese over the sauce:


3. Sprinkle with your seasonings, I found that the oregano really made me happy with the taste, so add extra IMO. :)



4. Spread out some chicken, the more the merrier!:



5. Spread some mozzarella cheese over the chicken:


6. Now roll em up!:


7. Put them in the pan:


Till your done:


8. Now spoon the rest of your Alfredo sauce over the top of the roll-ups, and sprinkle more mozzarella on them too:




9. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 35 minutes:
10. Take foil off and cook for another 5-10 minutes:
11. Enjoy!!!! So yummy!
